Implementation for Sustainability

Tuesday, January 14 6:00 am – 9:00 am  I  (9:00 am – noon ET)

Course Description: Implementation for Sustainability is the second competency-based course in a 4 or 5-course sequence leading to a CLM Coordinator Certificate to prepare you with the knowledge, skills and aptitudes to successfully lead, manage and assure fidelity of in-house Competent Learner Model implementations.  This interdisciplinary course will provide you with current systems-based paradigms, structures and tools for implementing and sustaining evidence-based practices within a large organization.

The course structure is designed for busy professionals who value learning opportunities that immediately translate to your work.  It combines core learning activities around the CLM instructional content and tools to provide you with implementation practice in your own organizations with your own adult learners and invaluable interaction and analysis opportunities with your peers and instructor.

Each week you will read, post and watch videos, discuss key concepts with peers, gain feedback from each other and your instructor and slowly begin to alter your professional practice to embed implementation science and sustainability tools.  You can expect to spend anywhere from 4-6 hours per week on the variety of learning and application activities provided.
