Congratulations Maribel
TUCCi is excited to announce that Maribel Stikeleather is the new Clinical Director in the Monterey region. Maribel will be working collaboratively with Christina Lovaas, Clinical Director for all regions.
Both Christina and Maribel will provide supervision and collaboration with behavioral teams in which ABA services are provided.
Maribel “Belle” Castillo Stikeleather has been working for TUCCi in California for the last four years. Prior to TUCCi she worked in learning centers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Belle was one of the first implementers of the Competent Learner Model (CLM) in the Middle East and met Vicci Tucci during one of Vicci’s classroom observations at a UAE center. Belle had been implementing CLM for more than eight years before joining the TUCCi team in California.
Belle completed her graduate and undergraduate degrees in the Philippines. She received an MA in Education, majoring in Special Education; a BS in Education, majoring in Secondary Education; and a BS in Foreign Service, majoring in Diplomacy. Belle is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), an ACE provider, and a certified CLM coach. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis and is ultimately interested in facilitating the implementation of behavior analysis and CLM in underserved parts of the world.
During her leisure time, Belle enjoys online courses, cooking, hiking, watching documentaries, and learning guitar. When conditions permit, she also enjoys traveling with her husband. When they travel, Belle provides pro bono workshops to less privileged families, schools, and communities whenever there is an opportunity.
