Foundations of Effective Leadership

This is the first of a series of in-house Leadership workshops.
There will be two sessions each month. This session is scheduled for the Elevate Team (RCs, PCs 8 Clinical Directors) and one for Case Supervisors (BCBAs, BCaBAs, Coordinators & Lead BTs). Each session will have a slightly different lens and discussion points.
Be prepared to participate in a variety of activities & discussion topics!
