Governor Tom Wolf signed into law the Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) Act during Vista’s Community Appreciation Lunch on April 18. U.S. Senator Bob Casey, a champion of the federal ABLE legislation, was on hand to witness the signing and give remarks. The event was held to thank the community for its support of individuals with autism.
