Our System is on the Brink of Collapse!!!
The Association of Regional Centers (ARCA) has a lengthy report regarding our System Being on the Brink of Collapse. Also attached is a letter to the Governor regarding the developmental disabilities service system. Attend the Legislative Luncheon on April 24th and hear more about these issues and concerns as well as what you can do to help address these concerns.
