What a wonderful event was the Conferencia Educativa del Sur del Condado (CEDSDC) – South County Educational Conference, which took place this last Saturday, November 16th at the Soledad High School. The CEDSDC was founded by the South County Parents with Children with Special Needs (PANESC) to “address the extreme need for caregiver/parent education to assist in navigating the many resources available in regards raising a child affected by different special needs.”
According to the Co-Founding Member of PANESC, Maria Sanchez, the main goal of this conference was to “provide only the highest quality presenters/educators, valuable resources/materials, and bi-lingual support to maximize the benefit of this grand opportunity.”
We were so pleased lo learned that the CEDSDC was formally requesting Tucci Learning Solutions, Inc. to make a presentation about our Behavior Intervention Program, for which we prepared a very informative power point presentation, both in Spanish and English, titled Three ‘key’ ways to change behavior using reinforcement: Capture, Arrange, and Withhold.
We also want to take this opportunity to thank EVERYONE who participated/volunteered to make out of this event a total SUCCESS. And to finalize, we want to share with you some of the pictures from the event, taken by our South County Regional Coordinator, Nancy Kelley.
ENJOY!!!
